Vioella Delivery

No costs are incurred for UK delivery.

International delivery costs £6 per item ordered and 
will be sent International signed for.

Most of our pieces can be sent out within two days from
the time of ordering.

All payments must be received and authorised before shipment.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

A full refund will be offered if upon receipt of your order it is faulty or damaged, but you will need to contact our Customer Services team within 7 days of receipt of your order. They can be contacted at customerservices@vioella.com . Please do not sign for any goods that are delivered in damaged packaging. Any refunds will be made through the same method as payment received.

A Change of Heart

In the event that you change your mind about a purchase upon receipt (which we really hope you won't!) we will again be happy to offer a full refund if you contact our Customer Services team within 7 days of receipt of order.

Alternatively should you wish to exchange your item, a member of the lovely Customer Services team will be happy to discuss this with you and to offer any advice as needed. They can be contacted in the first instance through customerservices@vioella.com. Any refunds made will be through the same method as payment received.

Alterations and Repairs

At Vioella we hope that your beautiful item will have a long and happy life, but sometimes accidents can happen, or you may need an item resizing. In this instance please do contact a member of the Customer Services team at customerservices@vioella.com and we will be happy to provide a written quote for any alteration or repair.
