Vioella Terms and Conditions
Care Instructions
We want you to enjoy wearing your new piece for years to come so please take care when handling. The pieces are handcrafted and most made using natural materials so are often very delicate.
- Be careful when applying perfume or creams as these may cause discolouration to your jewellery.
- Avoid direct contact with water, swimming pools and the sea as this could damage or cause discolouration to your piece.
- The stones and gems used are individually unique and may vary in shape, size and colour, therefore there may be slight differences in each stone/bead.
- If you feel your piece is to small or big for you, please contact Vioella and we will be happy to make the appropriate alteration. (small material and postage charge may apply)
